Responsibilities:

Service all new and existing customer needs associated with personal and commercial lines insurance policies.

Answer phone calls

Run reports.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance and customer service helpful

Word, Excel, and overall tech experience

Excellent verbal communication

Deadline and detail-oriented
